Becoming Mother-Daughter Retreats Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in a Becoming Mother-Daughter Retreat (“Retreat”) organised by Daniela Cooper and Kieana Copeland, to be held in Western Australia. By registering for and participating in the Retreat, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Terms and conditions are as follows.
Payments: Instalment payment is due on the date specified in the payments schedule, unless there is a special arrangement. All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Payment schedule: Non-refundable deposit of AUD$200 upon booking. The balance will be required to be paid in full 45 days before the retreat begins.
Cancellations or amendments by participant: All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fee applied per person, per confirmed booking: (a) For cancellations made more than 90 days before the scheduled retreat date, the deposit will be forfeited to us. (b) For cancellations made between 46 to 89 days before the retreat date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour costs will be payable. (c) For cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat date, 100% of the costs will be payable. Refund will not be given for unused or cancelled services after your arrangement have commenced.
Cancellations or amendment by us: We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or amend any itinerary items in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control. In the event that the retreat is cancelled by us for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee paid.
Limited liability, Claims and Exclusions: Daniela Cooper and Kieana as the provider to you of services, guarantees to you that those services will be provided to you with due care and skill, or for their specified purpose, can be reasonably expected to achieve the desired result and will be provided to you within a reasonable time having regard to the circumstances. If we breach any of these guarantees, then you may have rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Where we are liable to you under that Act then our liability is limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release us from any liability to you for any loss, theft or damage to baggage or property, or for any injury, illness or death whether any such is caused by the negligence of us or not. We are not liable to you for any loss, theft or damage to baggage or property, or for any injury, illness or death howsoever caused or arising directly or indirectly from accidents, loss, theft or damage to person or property, or acts of God or nature over which we have no control.
Feedback and publicity: We strive for continuous improvement and value your feedback. After the retreat, we will ask every traveller to participate in a feedback sheet or a telephone/meet in person interview. We will use this information only for improvement of our quality of service. You agree that we may use images of you taken on tour and any comments by you regarding the retreat for publicity and promotion purpose.
Conduct: Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards fellow participants, staff, and the premises of the Retreat venue. Any behavior deemed disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate by us may result in immediate dismissal from the Retreat without refund.
Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical and mental well-being during the Retreat. Participants with known medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions must inform us in advance. We reserve the right to deny participation or remove any participant from the Retreat if their health or behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
By registering for a Becoming Mother-Daughter Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
